Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t, written by Jim Collins, is one of the best-selling business books of all time. Having sold more than 4 million copies since it was published in 2001, the management book describes how companies transition from being good companies to great companies, and how most companies fail to make the transition.
As with all books, Good to Great isn’t without its flaws or critics, but, generally speaking, it has stood the test of time as highly influential and a worthwhile read for business leaders.
